Music Template

What I am looking for is a music template, I have searched but can't find anything at all unless I am missing something

What I am looking for is a dark coloured background with musical notes for the buttons to show if there are new posts, no new posts or forum is locked and musical notes for the new thread, reply and submit post buttons
