Using vB profile variables.

What is the array variable to pull information from a user’s profile? For instance if I create a custom user profile field called “fav_quote” how can I echo that elsewhere?

How can I include vBulletin specific variables on non vBulletin pages in vBulletin 3.5.x? For instance a page called not_part_of_vb.php that will contain “fav_quote?”
