Brain Fart.. Help

I need help.. I have a brain fart and cant think..

First if you go to my site www.crotchrocketracing.com
I put a <br /> at the very top of the page, I want to delete it, cant recall where it is.. where to go to delete it..

Second, I want the width of the page to be more narrow, I want the black and the more gray color to be more narrow to align with the main image at the top.

also I want to add a css to the main scroll bars or all scroll bars, especially the ones on the right on the main page..

I have the css just no clue where to place it..

I have vb 3.5 and cmps 2.0

Please help.. My brain is smoking... :ermm:

That'd possibly be the header template.

where would I put the css to wok on the scroll bar like on this site... I tried in the additional css and it did not work...
