Footer Problems - For all you advanced Style Tech Guys..

Allright guys.. I've been working for hours to get my design skinned to my vb board. So far (in my opinion) it looks half decent (minus the default vb graphics). Anyhow, I am having a problem with my footer. You see that light grey area? Well, its suppose to be dark grey (#080808). I can not find a way to change it to that color. If anyone know's, please post it. Also one more thing. How do I change the border color or my drop down menus?
