Can any one say....what is the system that vbulletin.org is currently using
the big read color Blinking Alert..they are using?

There are a few hacks to blink the pm bar available here. I don't have the links on hand now, but they are fairly recent.

Okay I'd like to know this as well. I've done a search and i've found everything except that one. The user who created this version, firefly (or something like that) isn't even on here anymore. Either that or I can't find the posts by this user. Can someone point me to where I can download this hack?
