[Req] adding new writer's colmun in forumdisply

I have seen this modification in a forum, but I dnt know how they do it.

It is a new colmun (writer's) in the forumdisply I guess.

I'm also surpised, webmasters that do not know how to read stickies/descriptions of forums, how can you run a forum then?
