watermark image in attachments 3.5.0

i am wondering, when i or some user upload a picture how can i get the picture have watermark

i want to hve watermark like this http://www.croportal.net/favicon.ico

only the logo whill be in .gif or .jpg extension

i have read some hacks in 3.0 but will the hack work in 3.5.0
