subdreamer is not just a portal, it's a whole cms that integrates with vbulletin.
If you just need a portal I should go for vbadvanced as it integrates 100% with vb.

There is another (slightly more expensive) solution, and that is vBPortal, that I have on my sites and have never looked back. Exceptionally powerful and fully featured. Really great.
