Giving the categories their own favicons

I want to give certain categories/sub-forums custom favicons. Is this possible?

I don't think so because you can only put the favicons into your web folder and there are no category or subforum folder its only http://www.yoursite.com/forums.
If vbulletin would have a system like http://www.yoursite.com/forums/yourcategory1 for example you could have a favicon inside this, but it doesn't have.
