Can anyone help with this quick question?

I've attached a screenshot of the problem. There's no border around the colored block within the highlighted red box. Would anyone know what code I'd have to modify (I'm guessing it's a CSS thing) to create the border?

my guess is..
it's a table under another table that does not have it's class set to "tborder"

eg. class="tborder"
