vb drupal installation question

Hey, before anything else - thanks for making this hack. It is exactly what I've been looking / hoping for!

Ok, so I just installed vb drupal. I followed the instructions (I hope!), uploaded the xml file, set the settings in the vbulletin admin. Now, I tried to go to my forum/vbdrupal/index.php and I get the following errors:

Fatal error: require_once() [function.require]: Failed opening required 'homepages/12/d136693120/htdocs/truepersonalgrowth/forum/global.php' (include_path='.:/usr/local/lib/php5') in /homepages/12/d136693120/htdocs/truepersonalgrowth/forum/vbdrupal/sites/default/settings.php on line 40

I saw another post and changed my config.php to have the longer paths (as shown in the error messages) but still have the errors!

Any help to get this up and running would be most appreciated!
