I would like to put a banner afhter:
Mark Forums Read View Forum Leaders

and Befor:

What'Going On?

What template do i need to edit and where to put the banner?

Forum home template i beleive...or is it Forum Display..

Its on of them simply look for the code for the Whats going on and then insert code above that..i'm to lazy to get specific since this isnt the right forum..
