Is it possible to get my VB reg info from here?

I ordered Vbulletin several months ago, i set up a site but never got round to launching it, i stopped paying for the hosting and later did a reinstall so i lost all the info relating to my purchase, i have emailed vbulletin with my name address and the email i think i bought it with but they cant find my details.

I remeber having to add my registration code on here in order to be able to download hacks, is it possible for me to find that info anywhere on here?

The email i used to buy VB could be one of several and i dont have access to any of them any more, so thats no help to be honest.

Already have sent them my name, address and the email i think i registered with and they cant find me.

Does nobody know if i can find the code i used to register my purchse on here?

Or can an admin find it for me?

You need to get your info from vbulletin.com. Period. If you need to, submit another support ticket.

Once you can log in over there, you can make sure your e-mail address matches the one you used here (or add it to your additional e-mail addresses) and you will have access here.

Hi mate

I can already download here and have full access, thats not what im trying to do, im trying to download a copy of VB to start again.

I simply cant remeber which email i used to buy VB and if i do find it i dont have access so theres no possible way im going to be able to access vb.com via that route, as stated twice ive already been in contact with customner service and i need to provide them with futher info, which i have no way of finding.

Surely if im able to download from here then there must be a link to my vb.com account?

At least thats what im hoping?

Ok thanks for your help lads, the email im registered with on here isnt the same as the one i used to purchase, it isnt registered on there site.

Could an admin please tell me if the code i used to register to be able to download on here is possible to view by anyone related to this site? as im 100% sure it must be there somewhere in order for me to be able to download.

Im pretty sure i already stated this 3 times but for your benefit i'll post it again, I already did that mate.

I know the code wont give me access but as they supplied if its avaible(as it must be tied to this account somwehere or the account wouldnt work) then it will help me get access back, if not then fair enough, but it would be nice for someone who knows for certain to tell me.

Ok Guys let's calm it down in here please...

The only possible way you could get your vBulletin information is from vBulletin Staff at vBulletin.com - If you cannot get it via the Support System then you need to find the printoff of your purchase that you were advised to make at the time, or find the bill from your paypal/card purchase or your bank statement if you paid by cheque...

If you don't have any of these, and as you say, they can't find you in the database, there is little that can be done...
