Directory (Links & Non Links)

I am looking for a system that allows both links and non-links in a directory type site...

Basically a local business address book (street, city, state, zip, phone, and web site if available)... I currently use VBa CMPS, they have a links system - but only for links...

Anyone seen something like this? More of a directory (vs. links)
