agree with terms and condition to enter in spec. section

I am looking for something like Members need to agree with terms and condition to enter in specific section[subforum]!

I know you guys have that kind a thing as I have seen it somewhere but I didnt know where it is exactly[as I just got vb yesterday]! Please help!

A word of advice, it only works on one forum at a time and gives db errors if you try and use it on multiple forums. Or at least that happened for me.
