thats a really nice skin, too bad there is just too much template edits I have to do for each skin...:(Add this as a child style to one of your styles and it will inherit the custom templates from that style.

I added mine as a child to the somewhat modified default vb style and it works a treat.

yes that will work, but then you have to change the path that it calls for graphics from: Images/styles/xxxxxxx to Images/XXXXXXX

basically just remove styles from all calls in the admin cp and you will be good ;)

Here's a modified XML file that has all the references to the /styles directory removed. Not tested, but should work as a direct replacement for the initial XML.

The style uses only one template (header) and thus should not affect the functions elsewhere.

Fluid is easy! But you would have to redo the beautiful header some how! I try never to make my headers wider the 750 px Is that fluid enough? If so Ill see what I can fudge up. (assuming you are even using the header lol).

I think you have set this under a parent style thats the problem...

try reinstall the skin without any parent style...

Use the xml I posted! I updated the link in the footer :) Its not fluid though. and its 3.6.3

How do you have it fluid? is the header different or does it just center? I can do both but I like it when the header is the same size as the forum home :)

It is possible to take a little sliver of the header image and make a left and right repeat image. That is great for preventing broken layouts!

The fluid version for 3.5x is here: https://vborg.vbsupport.ru/showpost.php?p=851956&postcount=23 (I finally found it again) ;) This was posted by foruma-z It is not the ported version, however the copyright/credit link usually in the footer, appears to have been omitted.

The theme looks (and works) great on my 3.5.4 board, and it's been installed and modified ready for Christmas. Consequently, uploading a different xml at this point is not an option.

If foruma-z would be kind enough to post the code to be included then I, and I'm sure anyone else installing it, will be happy to add it in :)
