I would like some feedback on my forum. I know its still the simple Vbulletin colors. Any suggestions of color schemes?

hmm not much to comment on because as you said its more or less the original vb style.
as for colors i would go with uniform design to your main site altho not essential

Not much to comment on, but I do like the header image / choice of font.
