Gah, why dont people read anymore.
I think someone should add in some code to this forum so that below the navigation template there is a reminder asking that modification REQUESTS arent posted here, in the modifications RELEASE forum.

I realize that, and I posted it somewhere else, but how do I delete this post now?

You will not be able to delete it...a mod will move it for you.

I do not know the code off the top of my head, however, it will be added to the postbit and/or postbit legacy template.

I will take a look when I get home :)

Get the field name from the userfield manager in admincp, it will be something like field14, Then use that in the postbit template as $bbuserinfo[field14].

Thank you for your help. :)

It's field5, but I can't quite figure out where to edit in postbit template, I've tried adding $bbuserinfo[field15] in a few different places but no changes seem to be reflected on my forums.

btw - here's where I reposted my question https://vborg.vbsupport.ru/showthread.php?t=102900

Actually it should be $post[field5], my bad. Do it for postbit template, and postbit_legacy template.

Make sure there are no typos. You said field5 and field15 (one is 5, the other is 15). You can just put it above or below location. Look for field2 (for location).

Ahhhhhhhh I was getting so frustrated with it not working, then realized I'd only edited postbit, and I'm using legacy!!!!!! So I put the $post[field5] code in postbit legacy template and now it's working!

THANK YOU SO MUCH! :D
