Its the mod on this site to display new hacks and stuff once you see the Screenshots you will know what i mean.

Here on vB.org, you click install modification in a thread and it shows how many people have the hack installed, and among other things, the thread starter can send e-mails to users who have it installed.

These two features are something I need for my site, so that thread starters in a specified forum can send out e-mail updates, and users can subscribe/unsubscribe from them.

Does anything like this exist for vB 3.5, or would anyone be willing to take a look at implimenting it? Thanks a lot!
