because my caps were on i cannot get assistance . sorry just asking a simple question, so is their a way i can fix this?

if threads do exist but they are ??? days old ...
you may try changing the DISPLAY OPTIONS found right on the page (eg. SORTED BY, SORT ORDER, FROM THE).
