Banners with PHPADSNEW: What Template to modify?

hi all,
i saw several hacks for banners. However i use phpadsnew and simple like to know wich templates i have to put the code to show banners on:
- top
- Footer
- Right side (sidebar)
- afher the first post

Banners should be shown on all pages of the forum.

thanks. But does this allow to put banners on the right side of the forum?
I just like to have an area on the right side to put a 120x600 banner (or different 120x60 banner there)
