I'm looking for a File manage system

I need a script:
:: To organize files so members can download them.
:: To store files in DB
:: Don't care whether it's free or not
:: I want it to be the best.

I heard of one called pafile DB, is it working with vB 3.5.X?
Is it good.
Any othe solution?

I have limited file system on my host
Yet also unlimited (in theory at least) databases.
That's why i want files get stored in DB.

Btw, i'm clicking the "Demonstration" link but it doesn't work.
