Payment API Manager Request - Neteller

Hi Andreas,

Actually what I want to do is add Neteller to the list of eCash providers in the Payment API Manager. Right now Paypal, NOCHEX, Worldpay, etc., are listed but since most of my members use Neteller, I'd like to add that service. Is this doable? :)
