auto text changer?

I'm Looking for a hack for 3.5.2 that will be like an "auto text changer".

For example: If one of my users posts the text "Coffee", I would like the ability have that changed to "Tea". Similar to Geek's Auto Linker, but it would have need to change the entire word instead of linking it.

Is there such a hack?

vb has a default replacement feature... its a little too agressive though and will change stuff everywhere and not just in the post but yeah, it'll work.
