Check your forumhome template .. error seems to be there :-

The first few characters. What editor have you been using?

The first few characters are fine..... I use notepad or dreamweaver..... It looks to be fine....

<!DOCTYPE Those first characters don't look fine to me, but if you're happy with it. ;)
I suggest you don't use DreamWeaver, it tends to mess up templates.

I agree with you on not looking fine.... I misunderstood you... the forum home template looks good in the first few characters....
