admincp links gone!

Hello,

Well i got a error in admincp which wanted to re-upload the file cpnav_vbulletin.xml in includes/xml/.

I reuploaded it and after i refresh i saw nothing in there so i tried to overwrite the plugin and thought it would be ok then , but no , my all links are gone and i can't administrate the products/plugins.Please help me!

Temporary remove all ./includes/xml/cpnav_*.xml files. Then re-upload the cpnav-vbulletin.xml (make sure to upload in ASCII and with correct permissions).
