Any demp code of vB_DataManager_Post?

I need import many posts from a CVS file. After reading some doc, maybe I can use vB_DataManager_Post, but,...is here any demo? :o

Would it not be possible to use ImpEx?

it's import from a database, so Impex is tooo strong to us. :-)
