Supermods can not perminantally delete

Hello,
I am sort of new to vBulletin... I used to use phpBB, till a good friend of mine gave me the cash to buy vBulletin.

I have converted over, but I want to set it up so that supermods can only soft delete.

I know this is possible in vBulletin, but how?

We have over 800 registered users, and are a growing community... we just started two and a half months ago...

I am afraid of supermods deleting stuff, it has happened before when one of them logged in at a public library...
