New problem calling stylesheet

thats the whole script it opens in a iframe but when it opens it becomes a white page. i used it in another script which worked fine so i could use the alt1 tcat for the style to make it fit in but this page no luck

just put it like this i have one page with requests, then when you click a request if its successful that script above is called . which is a actual file. without the glbal stuff it works fine but when the global is called it completely kills it

okay i dont know whats wrong i got it so far to grab the user name and when i call body bgcolor=alt1" that worked but as far as the tables thats not working :(
