Like In Sportscenter... The news at the bottom. like there are diff categories...and then it goes through each one showing the info and it has the little bar showing how much info there is for each category....and it would always stay at the bottom of the window in every page of the forum no matter where you are...for 3.5.1

Well, seeing as I'm wanting to write my first hack anbd this seems pretty easy give me a bit to see if I can figure out how to make it to where messages can be entered through admin cp. Get back to you in a couple of days.
