Forum index page error

I am getting this error does anyone have an idea why and whatsi the solution ?

You probably have an error in a Plugin, my guess would be that it is one that is loaded at the forumhome_complete hook location.

Try disabling your Products/Plugins and try again.

İ disabled them both but i still get the error..

Would like take a look if i give u user details of admin panel ?
