adjusting the timestamp message...

I was trying to just change the timestamp so it would just say something like 'the local time is ....'. But when I removed the part that said 'all times are GMT_x_' it took away everything including the time.

Can anyone tell me what to take out in the footer so that it will just show the time and not the GMT portion?
