I wanna make it so that the thread prefixes are only on threads not on stickies

You'll probably get a better response if you ask this in the Thread Prefixes (https://vborg.vbsupport.ru/showthread.php?t=99925) hack thread, unless you mean something else by "thread prefix" ?
