Miminum file attachment sizes?

I'd like to request a plugin or plugin program that would allow the forum admin to be able to restrict photo uploads to a preset MINIMUM size using the admin control panel in Vbulletin when using Vbulletin's File Attachment Manager.

I see there is a maximum size limit but there is no minimum size limit.

Anyone interested in coding a plugin for this?

On our forums we do not allow images any smaller than 640 x 480 and this feature would be an excellent addition to Vbulletin for us to actually enforce our rule without having to actually go in and delete images that are smaller than our minimum limit from the posts. This would stop the problem right at the source.

I'm sure not everyone would take avantage of this feature but we just don't beleive in "archiving" very small images. It's a waste of drive space. So that is why we would like to have this feature available to us.

I got this one done. Unfortunatly this is a 90% code-edit hack. :(

Will wrap up the instructions tomorrow (doohhhh, a lot of work with old fashioned code edits) and post it.
