Well, I hope this is the place that I can post this.

It seems that vBgallery was sold to PhotoPost. With that said, all the support for this program are removed from the system at vBadvanced.

Now I'm hoping that some one here would have the answer that I need. I should point out that I'm new to this stuff.

Here is my problem

I upgraded from vBulletin 3.5.0 to version 3.5.1 and now I got almost all my stuff back to the way is was with the exception of the 'Gallery'

All I get is a blank screen now. I know some else that has this same problem and I'm hoping that some one else this problem and that they can pass on this information on how to fix this problem.

There is no support on PhotoPost, nor have I heard how they are going to support or any thing for that matter.

I hope that some one has an idea how to resolve this.

Thanks in advanced for any help on getting this to work again.

Dennis

Re-Run the Gallery Installation file and choose "Install Templates Only". You'll have to do this every time you upgrade vBulletin since Gallery was never converted into a vBulletin "Product".

I just tried this, and you are a life saver. Boy was that easy to solve.

I cannot thank you enough, thanks for the response with this issue.

you can either go to photopost.com or vbadvanced.com. You can still purchase vbgallery from photopost from what I have read so far, but you have to wait till they put it up for sale and have transferred all the previous licenses to the new site.
