Alright guys, let's hear it. What do you think of my forums? What would you add or maybe remove? Please be gentle... this is my first vB forums, but had three phpBB forums before this one. Thanks!

Few quick suggestions:

-Header image is a bit plain and boring. I think you need something there.
-Make a scheme that doesn't involve the default vB colours and such.
-Maybe a few less forums as some don't have many/any posts in them.

That color scheme really SHOULSD annoy me BUT

I like it a lot for some reason... I think it looks good, perhaops stream line the forums a bit.

Thanks!! I cherry picked the scheme and basically made my own from it. I'm pretty happy with the end results. As for streamlining the forums, duly noted, but keep in mind that that I just recently got this place going from phpBB. I'm giving my old members enough time to adjust since I also changed the URL of the site as well.

I agree. The colours shouldn't go well together but they do.

Thanks bro, however I kinda like that banner! Was supposed to be a "bling" text, but since it's a transparent .GIF, it came out funky.

when i visited your site my popup blocker(firefox) goes off so what ever your running i would remove it. nothing pisses a new user off more than popups.

Interesting... I too use FF and didn't see or have any pop-ups. Only time pop-up blocker came in is when I got a PM there and had pop-up notification turned on. I hate pop-ups like the next guy too.

I'm sure you're more than capable of wiping your own ass and didn't know that popups even existed on the page. Am looking into it with AdSense and the other two scripts on there. I'm looking for constructive comments, not ***** remarks that don't help anyone. If you can't/won't help, then just don't post.

You got it Chris. Moving on, I have now received info from members regarding the pop-ups; I'm working on isolating which script is doing that and removing it.

I think I found the culprit of the pop-ups... can anyone here confirm this? Also did the same thing with the members there to double check.
