Copyright of images on vBulletin?

I'm wondering; are the forum/thread icons made by one of the artists of vB.org or are they available for download somewhere (just like the smilies)? I really like the icons, I'm far from skilled enough to create such images myself but I do not want to be using them without the right to do so.
