How to put a data into thread?

Hi,
I need help to put a data into my forum thread.
the data table has 3 field : title, text, date

can anyone help me how to put / dump that data into vb thread's db? any script /hack could do this?

Well you will need a lot more info then just this. What about the posters username? This is just a table in your database?

yeah the data only contains 3 fields.
no data like posters, forums etc. but posters data etc can use constant variable like article bot hack.

any help? sorry for my english :)
