Tables problems

i am having wierd problems on my board, a guy threatened to hack my board, and after that i started having these problems, but anyways, i have these problems on my board now

i repair/optimized tables, but they seem to be screwing up themselves the next second..
i dont know how to explain this, but
after i repair them, refresh
these tables are just back to being bad again

another noted error is
when i post images
using the [img]tag
the link simply adds the username inside it [zack t]
http://img7.picsplace.to/img7/3%3Cb%3E*%20Zack%20T_Again.jpg
like that,
when it shud be
http://img7.picsplace.to/img7/3/********.jpg

the * is just the file name, just using it as an example

and sometimes even more of those tables are screwed
