Show a random thread?

Thanks for your time!

I've searched both VB.com and .org with no luck... at least from what I've come across.

Basically I want to show a random thread at the top of my forums. If possible a thread from the past week and from a certain catogory. If it's not possible a thread from whenever and any catogory will do.

Does anyone have any idea how this is done? Is it even possible? Any help is much appreciated!
