If someone could develop a plugin-product to auto-greet people in an introductions / new member forum that would be ace!!!
I recommend this functionality:
Ability to specify forum id of introductions forum
Ability to specify groupids whose members can use the auto-greet feature (default to admin and supermods)
Users with the right permissions can add any number of autogreet messages.
When a new thread is started in the introductions forum, the plugin/product will then autopost replies from all members who have this functionality turned on...... when automatically replying, the script will choose one of the users auto-greet messages at random.
This MOD would be killer......
