Display a user's reputation & comments in their profile for others to see?

Hi,

There was a very simple profile template modification for 3.0.x that allowed users to view others' reputation received & comments in their profiles (in the same layout as your own rep display in the usercp).

Does anyone know how to do this in 3.5.x?
