Problem with some users

I Have VB 3.5 and a problem with some users every time they post te post has a text that sais that the Administrator askhim to be quiet for a wile, and the post is only visible to the moderators, and the user does not have any problem, bean banned or something like that is a regular user, any help?.

Administrator asked "him" to be quiet? What? Need to be more specific. Is this something that comes up on the forum or what? And any hidden post hacks or something?

Thats the text it sais, Administrator asked "him" to be quiet? for some time, my forums are in spanish, thats why I didn know what to put, and this is instead of the users post, the same kind of text as a deleted post, when the admin and moderators have the option to read the post, I hope I was more clear with this, my English is a little rusty :)

How do I get out of it?, I did not activated that and how can you add someone to it?
