We're currently using Snitz, and the passwords are saved in the DB as plain-text (with no encryption\hashing). Can I Cancel the password encryption\hashing in vBulletin on Login & Registration?
I Must do that!

No. I wouldn't recommend it anyway is it is extremely unsecure and therefore easy to hack.
What I would do is either
Get your users to set new passwords when you convert; or
Use the usermanager to enter each users password from your existing database. This will then encode it and the users won't have to change their passwords.
Of course the option will depend on the number of users that you have.

If they are currently stored plain text, i think ImpEx will convert them nicely.
