Mod for "no of installs"

I have searched the forum and seems like can't find something like this, it is released before?

The required Mod is just like what vB.org have. A user can click install or uninstall and there is a counter in the thread to track it. :)

Actually I will be happy to just have a counter for the purpose of clicking yes and no whenever user needs to, no download of files needed. more like an enhanced type of poll :)

check out http://vbviet.org . I'll do a few minor fixes and add some features to it, then I gonna release it.

one other site have similar hack database as vb.org is vbhacks.us , check with the webmasters if they're willing to share it. :)

I'd like something like the installs feature. I want to rename it "Votes" and allow users to vote which thread is the best. Any ideas on whether this has been done? There is a paid-for script somewhere, but it's $25 which seems a bit steep when other, far better, mods are listed on vB.org for free :)
