Rep error - what in the world have I done :)

Any ideas? When I moved to 3.5 I completely reverted every template and file for a fresh update but this is plaguing me. See the screenshot for my pain. I ( a while back) had the completely disable negative rep hack but did not reinstall it with 3.5.

you've got a completely buggered up template somewhere and possibly the rep phrases too. check for templates to revert again and look in phrases for anything containing the text on the screenie there and revert them too.
