Adding ads in users signature

Hi,
How can I make it so that every time a user posts adverts come up in there signature? I have a program called revsense which is an ad program it works like google adwords when someone click there ad I get paid etc..
Anyway I want it so when they post a post the ads come up in there signature.
The ad codes look something like this below;

<script src="http://www.***.co.uk/sponsored/index.php?section=serve&id=37&keyword=poker%20rooms&output=js"></script>

So what do I need to do to get them to appear in everyones signature?
Also how can I make it so they appear around the forum?

anyway I use this one is better than force people signature to have ads.
