Display entire Reputation history in UserCP

I'm looking for a plugin that would display a user's entire reputation history in a paged format in their UserCP. Specifically, I'm thinking of this hack (https://vborg.vbsupport.ru/showthread.php?t=60496) from phlogiston for 3.0. I don't see one posted. If not, I might take a crack at porting phlogiston's to 3.5, but would need his permission to post it.

I'm not sure, either that hack it 3.5 compatible or a port already exists. (another admin installed this on my board)
