When you quote someone it would be nice if the quote as it looks is shown in the posting box so that when you are posting you don't have to look for the quote tags and keep splicing and dicing them as you create your response. This would be way more user friendly.
As you reply to each part of the quote, it separates the quote into another quote, again and again. Wowboards has this feature. It is really useful!
