Need template assistance...

Where can I go to find someone to make me a custom template?? I've been browsing all these beautiful skins but none of are exactly what I'm after.

Only advice I could possibly think of would be to post something in the Service Requests forum down near the bottom and ask one of the coders or designers to make one for you
